14-Day Return Guarantee

You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. If 7 days have passed since your package arrived, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging with all accessories included.

  • The product must show no signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

How to Initiate a Return

To start your return, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the return address.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.

  • If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us through our Contact Page and we will investigate.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, or the wrong product, we will gladly exchange it for you. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
